The citizens of Kaufman, Rockwall, Navarro, and Ellis counties must call a day ahead to schedule a ride to any destination within their counties. Medicaid clients can schedule bus trips to Dallas area hospitals and doctor’s offices Monday through Friday. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
